Cancellation Policy
At Beyond Beauty, we value both your time and ours, and we aim to be as fair as possible to all of our clients. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us enough time to offer the slot to another client. Any bookings that are not rescheduled within 24 hours will result in the full appointment fee being charged, as we are unable to fill the space at short notice. Rescheduling is simple – just get in touch with us via message, Instagram, phone, or email, and we’ll be happy to arrange a new time that works for you. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
